Local Rules

PLEASE READ TEMPORARY LOCAL RULES OUTSIDE PRO SHOP

The local rules board will indicate if carts are on/off as well as preferred lies other than those indicated below:

Monday Ladies – Preferred lies always on through the green including bunkers.

Vets (Tuesdays and Fridays) – Preferred lie though the green.

GROUND UNDER REPAIR (GUR) – designated by white pegs or white markings.

  1. Bare patched on closely mown areas on the fairway over 30cm in diameter.
  2. Areas of soil spread on the course under rehabilitation.
  3. Wheel ruts and erosion holes in the gully that runs through the course from the 1st through to the 9th.
  4. Paths that are created from imported materials e.g. concrete, crushed granite or matting. Bare dirt is not considered to be a path or part thereof.
  5. All garden beds within the course.
  6. Bare patches on greens caused by weed spray (lie of ball) lift and place to nearest point of relief no nearer the hole.

SCORECARDS – Please process scorecards ASAP to avoid delaying presentations.

CARTS

  • Cart drivers must hold a minimum of a provisional vehicle license (P Plates).
  • Carts must not be driven less than 20m from greens or 5m for those that hold a Dubbo Golf Club disability sticker.
  • Carts must not be driven over tees.

PLAYING GROUPS – No larger than 4 persons playing per group without prior approval from an authorised person (Golf Pro, Captain or General Manager).

SPEED OF PLAY

  • 2 hours per 9 holes.
  • Keep up with the group in front.

DRESS RULES – Course dress code must be adhered to at all times.

  • No bare feet, thongs, work boots or metal spikes.
  • No singlets, football wear, hi vis or shirts with offensive logos.
